Stations of the Cross for your parish

A simple way for parishioners to follow the same prayers on their phones or on a printed page. No account is needed to read any of the seven traditions.

Before the service

1. Choose a tradition with your parish leader. The Liguori meditations are a familiar option. For families and religious education, review the children’s reflections in advance.
2. Share a direct link. Put stations.app/stations/traditional in your bulletin or parish message. For another tradition, copy its page address. Everyone opens the same starting point.
3. Prepare a printed option. Open the one-page reading edition and use “Print or save PDF.” Review your parish’s reproduction permissions for the selected text before making a large print run.
4. Check the room. Decide where the leader will stand, how people will move, and where those who need to remain seated can follow comfortably.

During the prayer

Let one leader announce the stations and set the pace. Invite the congregation to join the responses. Leave a moment of silence after each meditation. Ask phone users to silence their devices and turn off guided audio so individual narrations do not compete with the leader.

When the signal is weak

Load the prayer before entering the church. In a native build, prayer texts and artwork are bundled. Narration needs a completed download. Keep a printed copy for the leader and anyone who would prefer one.
